Building docks: A serious game for integrity
With LTP Business Psychologists, we as members of the VU Amsterdam Leadership Lab -- especially Dr Ard Barends -- have developed a serious game, Building Docks, to assess integrity risks in the workplace. The game has good scientific validity and can be used for employee development, selection and recruitment. The game is interactive, engaging and realistic. Participants solve various moral/ethical dilemmas as they are developing a port company. The game was discussed recently in various Dutch media outlets, such as Elsevier and de Telegraaf.
